Everything was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed spa lounge. The whole room was pet-friendlywith a kitchette, a fireplace plus a continental breakfast. Had a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Everything was well-maintained, breakfast was tasty and great. The hotel has marvellous and charming location very close to the Heavenly gondola and the centre of the town. Plus, it was approx 0 mins walk from Lakeside Beach. The service was nice, the food was decent.

A nice size, themed room. A lot of facilities like: WiFi and a lounge. Unbeatable and peaceful location - so close to the lake and local shops and restaurants, Heavenly or the nearby shops, and restaurants at Heavenly Village.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Well, it was a really really nice stay on Labor Day weekend. The property's location was stunning, to leave car all day after checkout while skiing. Further, it was near the gondola for Heavenly ski resort, very near a beautiful beach and the ski lift, the beach and even the casinos are close by.

The staff, everyone, was super-friendly and fairly friendly. Room was well laid out with Wi-Fi and a lounge. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was early.

Some people working there were a bit disorganised.

Satisfactory continental breakfast except for toasted bagels. Amazing and beautiful location, 15 minutes' walk to Montbleu Resort. Based near to Heavenly Village restaurants, a very nice private beach about a block away, and the main areas at Tahoe.

The hotel was situated in the central location to lakeshore or Heavenly Village restaurants & shops. Had tea and goodies at Driftwood Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the property. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with especially good coffee and all the food was decent.

A mini kitchenette, rug, and nice sheets in the room, marvellous location.

High standard well-maintained room with king bed. Had clean nice english tea, air conditioning, and a lounge.

We had a great time at Jeffrey! Stayed for a week and loved the updated room with a deck, perfect for enjoying the evenings. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. The semi-private beach pass was a nice bonus, and the location was quiet but still close to the main strip. The continental breakfast included in the room price was a nice touch. Definitely planning to stay here again.

The rooms here are immaculate and have recently been renovated with multiple bathrooms. The location is conveniently close to the casinos and the Alpenrose Inn restaurant.

Simply no complaints, fairly nice stay. Spotless rooms with breakfast included and attentive staff.

The location was marvellous and charming, at walking distance from Montbleu Resort. The rooms were updated with a dresser and large decorated mirror and 2 double beds, and I had an excellent stay overall. Excellent service was provided here. The staff was really good - I will be back.

Location: the hotel was really close to ski rental and local eateries and shopping/restaurants. I enjoyed the room, it was updated and neat and included with a very good sofa bed as well as wonderful bath.

The staff - some of them were a little disorganised.

The breakfast was savoury and great with whole grain bread, I enjoyed it.
